ASACLEAN® Purging Compound Announces Improved Grade

[Parsippany, NJ] – Asaclean - Sun Plastech Inc. has introduced an enhanced version of its strongest and one of its most popular grades.  ASACLEAN EX Grade has been best known for its excellent scrubbing ability, removing most carbon and color deposits from the machine’s barrel and screw.  The new EX formulation features even better cleaning power than the previous version while the amount of residue left behind while purging is reduced by 30% or more.  There are no changes in purging procedures and the operating temperature still remains between 390°F-680°F (200°C-360°C).  This improvement is a result of the company’s on-going research and development efforts, ensuring that ASACLEAN provides the best purging performance possible.
