Processing temperature: 175°C to 290°C (350°F to 555°F)
Tips when using ASACLEAN-N Series Chemical Purging Compound:
Purge at shutdown on Friday for a trouble-free startup on Monday.
For best performance, heat the die to 260°C to 290°C (500°F to 555°F) within the processing temperature range.
Increase temperatures in trouble spots 30°C to 55°C (50°F to 100°F)
Usage Example: Polypropylene color change
The photos below illustrate a comparison of polypropylene color changes with and without ASACLEAN HP Grade. Both are purged through a hot runner mold (Closed Mold Method).
Machine size: 3000-ton. PP Black to PP Beige. Molded Part: 2.2kg (4.85lbs)/shot.
