    U Grade is a versatile, high-performance purging compound especially suited for color and material changes for thermoplastic injection molding and extrusion molding machines.

    Maximum Cleaning
    EX Grade is our strongest-cleaning purging compound for thermoplastic injection molding and extrusion machines. EX Grade is glass-filled to provide excellent scrubbing of carbon and/or color deposits while especially designed to leave less purging compound residue behind.

    Superior High Temperature
    PX2 Grade purging compound excels in purging super-engineering resins at processing temperatures of up to 420°C (790°F). PX2 Grade is the most powerful high-temperature grade for hard-to-clean resins.

    PF Grade purging compound is specifically formulated for super-engineering resins at processing temperatures of up to 420°C (790°F). PF Grade is suitable for hot runner cleaning and may be used as a sealing material during machine shutdowns within temperature ranges of 280°C to 370°C (535°F to 700°F) due to its superior thermal stability.
