Hot Runner Purge Compound Helps Injection Molding Company Reduce Downtime by More Than Two Hours!

“Good Day, Ben. Thank you for all of the information on the Asaclean®. I have now purged two manifolds with the hot runner purge compound, and I’m very impressed with the results. Both hot runner manifolds cleaned up in approximately 30 to 35 shots with the Asaclean® U Grade purge compound.

Once the U Grade purge compound was fairly cleaned through the gates, I followed it up with our production material (don't even shut down the press), and within another 30 shots we were keeping parts. It has dropped our change over time to about 45 minutes, compared to hours of running and using production resin.
