Sun Plastech Announces a New Grade of Asaclean® Purging Compound

Sun Plastech Inc. (Parsippany, NJ), the manufacturer of the leading brand of Asaclean®™ Purging Compounds, announced the addition of a new polypropylene grade, Asaclean® HP.

It was specifically designed for large parts and it provides excellent cleaning and color changes. It also has a higher melt flow and is suitable for high cavitation hot runner cleaning. Asaclean® HP grade offers a service temperature range of 340°F – 570°F (170°C – 300°C). With these additions to the product line, SPI continues to introduce innovative, cost-effective products that address even the most challenging processing issues.
